Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Air Cadet League of Canada (Manitoba) Inc
The 85th Annual General Meeting of the Air Cadet League of Canada (Manitoba) Inc will be held at the Holiday Inn Express, 1740 Ellice Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, at 2 pm on Saturday 14 November 2026.
The AGM is a part of the day’s activities, which are primarily focussed on SSC and liaison training. The topics covered will include duties of SSC chairs, treasurers, and liaisons, communications, screening, and fundraising. More information will be provided with the AGM registration documents. SSC members are strongly encouraged to attend this training, which will begin at 9 am on Saturday 14 November.
Registration is required no later than 1 November. Registration documents will be distributed shortly, and will also be available on the ACL MB website.
Attendance: each SSC may send up to five members and squadron staff (CIC officers, CIs, and volunteers) at no cost. Additional SSC members and staff may attend at a cost of $40 per person. Subsidies are available for squadrons outside of the Winnipeg area. More details will be provided with the registration package.
Invited guests: RCSU (NW) representatives, ACLC representatives, ACL MB honorary members, and other invited guests are requested to register. There is no cost for attendance.
Voting: each director, member-at-large, and SSC chairperson has one vote. No other person may vote.
Dress: preferred dress is the ACL blazer with badge and name tag for ACL MB attendees; operational dress for RCSU (NW) and squadron officers; business casual or equivalent for others.
