Description of Award:
Awarded annually to the most improved squadron in Manitoba. This Annual Award is presented in memory of Dot Wowk's 34 year involvement with the Air Cadet League of Canada. Her legacy of community participation and citizenship continues through the thousands of cadet graduates whose lives were touched by Mrs. Wowk.
