Description of Award:
Awarded annually to the squadron in Manitoba that recruits and retains the largest number of cadets. Instituted in 2005, this Annual Award is presented to recognize the efforts and dedication of the most proficient squadron in attracting youths to their organization and retaining their interest and enthusiasm with a challenging and interesting program.
